Keep records of your real estate properties and related income / expenses.

You can create detailed database records for your real estate properties, rental income / expenses, tenant information, property sales records, real estate property related contacts. You can even create detailed records for real estate property inspections you did.

The user interface is pretty intuitive. The detailed help manual will explain the software in an easy to understand manner if you are not familiar with using a computer software.

You can begin with adding real estate information you have into the software. You can give your property a name, specify address, no. of units, purchase date, property value, sold value (if it is sold), mortgage value etc. You can later modify or remove the property record from the software if needed.

Once you finish with property records, you can add tenant information for your property. Adding tenant information becomes very easy once you add property information as the user interface is consistent throughout. You can add name, email, company, contact numbers, address, property rented, rent period, rent amount and many other details for each tenant.

Later you can begin adding income and expense records for each property, tenant as and when required. The income or expense record need not be related to your property or tenant. So this software can be your all income and expense manager as well.

The income record can be a one time income, recurring income, late fees or a credit cheque. Similarly expense record can be a one time expense record or recurring expense record. In case of recurring records, the software will automatically recur the payment / receipt at a particular time interval (hour, day, week, month, year or specific date) you specify.

You can also add your property related contacts into the software, plan your appointments, schedule events using a built-in events planner.

For every record you add into the software such as a real estate property, tenant or contact; you can specify one or more high quality photographs. This is useful to quickly identify information from a huge set of records.

If you have physical property inspection records with you then you can add it into the software easily. The record can specify physical condition of each room (bed room, dining room, exterior, garage, bathroom etc.). You can specify whether the room is in good condition, damaged or in fair condition.

It is recommended to take regular backup of your property records using in-built backup / restore tool. If you lose data from your system, you can easily restore it using the restore tool.

You can view and print high quality reports from the property, tenant and income / expense records. You can print the report, export it to PDF files or other external formats such as HTML, XLS (excel), JPG, ASCII Text etc.
